Worked to the bone

The Prompts:
1.) What's ailing you? Diagnose yourself with a syndrome.
2.) Share with us something you made by hand.
3.) Fess up. Tell us what you found after a spying on someone.
4.) "How are y'all doing it? This summer, I mean? I cannot remember ever being as busy as we've been over the past two months. Those of you who are blogging daily, being as witty and entertaining as ever...I beg of you...HOW?"
5.)What are you afraid of?

To my faithful readers, I'm sorry if you've read something similar, by similar i mean almost verbatim, early this week on my blog. But i have provided more back story this time :) You have the wonderful Mama Kat to thank for this re-post. Enjoy

I've decided to share with everyone something i hand made. Apparently ALL my friends decided to get together and choose this year to get knocked up. Yeah. nice of them huh. I swear sometimes people think only of themselves. So this has meant busy times for me with baby showers, and baby gift buying. i thought something handmade would be a nice touch to all the rattles and onies. So i opted to make them scrapbooks. Because let's face it. They wouldn't have time to do it themselves what with all the feedings, diapers, and baby vomit to contend with. So I set upon making them for them. I just finished my second one and have maybe 2 more to go yet. OH BOY! The first one was fun, this one wasn't to bad, but I'm REALLY not looking forward to the NEXT one. Lucky for me i have about 4 months before i need to start it so that'll give me some time to get back into the happy place i need to be in to hammer another one out. So without further delay. I give you 5 pages from Soccer Mom's scrapbook.

the best part. They all know about eachothers books, so they are awaiting their own. GREAT

All awesome!! You are way more talented than I.

I apparently arrived on this planet without a creative bone in my body. I DID get the WILL ALWAYS LOVE PRADA BAGS bone but that doesn't make me talented...just lucky!!

Hallie :)

Very cute! I have not been blessed by the craftiness gene, and I'm always a bit envious of those who possess it.

I can't draw a straight line WITH a ruler!

I adore scrapbooks, I just don't adore making them. I would totally hire someone else to do it though! =) Kinda feel the same way about cleaning!
